If I could seriously game to a Windows PC, Linux PC or Mac, all through a browser window, it would be a gamechanger for Microsoft in that area. Usando o Windows 10 completo online no Xbox One, inclusive games e programas. Dedicated "apps" are nice and all, but moving support to a browser based client would be the most ideal solution since it would be independent of the operating system and would offer a competitive advantage in offering whatever services they would offer through the browser platform. I think a more realistic wish would be to have web-based support of something.

As someone who works with Microsoft on a professional level, I can tell you that they've been that way for several years now, but the core problem is that many of their enterprise tools are specifically geared towards Windows (since many users already have Windows in a corporate environment) that it's only been like the last five-six years that MSFT would even consider supporting Mac in any serious manner. I agree with the other commenter about the current Microsoft being more services focused.
My five year old Mac is just as powerful as any PC released 3-4 years ago, so an Xbox app would be much appreciated, but something I'm not going to hold my breath over. I'm a console gamer, so what I do on my computer should not matter when it comes to PC/Mac in these parts. I only use OSX, I divorced myself from Windows long-long ago and I'm not going back.
